We do not start with what already exists. The first question in any engagement is what this particular project could become if it were allowed to be genuinely different. The answers are always specific — to the organisation, the site, the moment, and the people involved — because original thinking cannot be assembled from what has worked before. It has to be built from the conditions of each engagement. That specificity is what makes the concepts we develop distinct, and why the projects we help create tend not to look like anything that came before them.

We create and build wellness, longevity, and medical environments — from the first concept through design, construction advisory, pre-opening, and launch. We remain involved to ensure the original vision comes to life.

We build wellness brands and strategy for hotel groups, membership clubs, fitness chains, and cruise lines — concept, standards, programming, and rollout across entire portfolios.
Advisory
We work with leadership teams on company-wide strategic direction — where the field is heading, what their organisation needs to do to stay ahead of it, and how to build decisions that hold over time.
Partnerships
We pursue joint ventures, angel investments, and partnerships with brands, ideas, and movements that we believe are shaping what comes next. One current partnership is in maritime; another in hospitality.

Conceived and led the wellness transformation that made Six Senses the defining name in wellness hospitality — and originated the concept for Six Senses Place, London.
Transforming wellness from a spa offering into a strategic brand differentiator across an entire portfolio.
Invented the format: a medical longevity clinic embedded within a luxury hotel. Built from concept to reality at Six Senses Ibiza.
Conceived one of Europe's first longevity lifestyle clubs — biohacking, hyperbaric therapy, and a genuinely different idea of what belonging looks like.

Six Senses Ibiza
Defining work
What followed was thirteen years of transformation. Six Senses became synonymous with serious wellness — not as a spa amenity, but as the reason guests chose the brand. In 2019, IHG acquired the company at a value three to four times what it had been.
The methodology behind that transformation — rigorous, deeply human, and unafraid of the dimension that most wellness companies leave out — is what Wahayla brings to every engagement.
